No-Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions
1a. The maximum win from a wagered no-deposit bonus is 50 EUR. Any amount exceeding these limits will be deducted from the balance. Please note that you must first withdraw winnings received via the no-deposit bonus and then, if desired, make a new deposit to continue playing without win restrictions.
1b. The wagering requirement for no-deposit bonuses and free spins is x45 (forty-five). Unless stated otherwise, the bonus amount must be wagered 45 times. Withdrawal of winnings from any no-deposit bonus is not possible until the wagering requirements are fully met. Withdrawal of winnings received while playing with welcome bonuses, extra spins, free spins, and free bonuses that do NOT require a deposit will only be possible after a deposit of 20 EUR or an equivalent amount in another currency.
1c. Withdrawal of winnings received while playing with registration bonuses, extra spins, free spins, and free bonuses not requiring a deposit is only available to bank cards.
1d. Social Media Bonuses. The casino reserves the right to restrict or completely cancel the crediting of no-deposit and deposit bonuses received by a user through the casino's or its partners' social media (e.g., Telegram, Instagram, and others) if the user's total deposit amount over the last 30 days prior to the bonus activation date is less than 20 EUR.
2a. Before paying out winnings received while playing with a no-deposit bonus, we reserve the right to request documents for account verification.

3. Players using disposable email addresses are not eligible for no-deposit free spins. If, despite this, a player receives no-deposit free spins, any winnings obtained will be forfeited.

Free Spins Terms and Conditions
1. To receive the first deposit bonus as part of the welcome bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least 10 EUR.
2. To use the deposit bonus, you must log into your personal account, open the 'Bonuses' tab, and click 'Activate' on the desired bonus. After that, make a deposit and the bonus will be available. By cancelling a bonus, the player agrees that all winnings received while playing with this bonus, if any, as well as the bonus amount, will be deducted from the player's balance.
3. Any winnings received while playing with free spins will be credited as a cash bonus with a wagering requirement of x45 (forty-five), unless stated otherwise.
4. To activate free spins and enter the game, you must do so no later than 1 day from the time they are credited; otherwise, the free spins will be cancelled, unless stated otherwise.
5. After activating free spins, all available game rounds must be completed within 1 day from the time of activation; otherwise, they will be cancelled, unless stated otherwise.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions
1a. All bonus offers may be issued to one person, family, and one phone number only.
1b. If you have a duplicate account in a browser (browser duplication — registering multiple accounts from your device), the use of a one-time promo code with wagering on real and bonus balance is not available.
2a. We reserve the right to refuse payouts to players using disposable email addresses. If doubts arise during verification regarding whether the account and documents belong to the same person, the company reserves the right to request identity confirmation of the account holder via video conference.

2c. We reserve the right to reduce the bonus percentage to 25% for players who, in our opinion, have received a disproportionate number of bonuses relative to the number of deposits made.
3. To receive a deposit bonus as part of the welcome bonus or any other deposit bonus (except free spins), a minimum deposit of 10 EUR is required, unless stated otherwise.
4. To withdraw winnings, the bonus must be wagered 45 (forty-five) times, unless stated otherwise.
5. Games in the 'Live Casino' and 'Crash Games' categories do not participate in bonus promotions.
6. Please note that during an active bonus, you will be able to see all slots for which the bonus wagering requirements can be met.
7. Players may request withdrawal of the deposited amount before meeting the wagering requirements. 9. If a bonus expires, the bonus amount and any winnings received while playing with it are deducted from the account.
10. Bets placed during gameplay are deducted from the player's real money balance. If no real money remains on the balance, bets are deducted from the bonus funds available on the account, unless stated otherwise. All winnings from bets placed to meet wagering requirements are credited to the bonus balance.
11. The maximum permitted bet when playing with an active bonus is 5 EUR. This also applies to the cost of purchasing bonus games in slots, as well as doubling after a game round (e.g., betting all winnings on red/black in a risk game).
12. Any bonus may be cancelled before the wagering requirements are met. To do so, contact support on the website or use the 'Cancel' button in your personal account under the 'Bonuses' section.
13. Only one bonus may be received at a time. Deposit bonuses do not stack. The casino reserves the right to cancel any bonuses or winnings obtained fraudulently.
14. The maximum win from a deposit bonus is x10 of the original bonus amount (unless stated otherwise). When wagering a mixed bonus, the original bonus amount (x1) is first returned to the real balance, then the remaining winnings are distributed taking into account the maximum win (x9).
15. Any winnings obtained using a bonus or free spins after the bonus itself has been used, lost, or cancelled will be deducted from the balance.
16. Every payout undergoes an internal review before approval. WinCraft Casino reserves the right to cancel bonuses or winnings if the review is unsuccessful. By accepting these terms, the player agrees to this rule in advance.
17. If the review reveals that player(s) are using fraudulent strategies, abusing a technical malfunction or error in the system or software, or engaging in any activity that WinCraft deems illegal (e.g., 'bonus abuse'), WinCraft reserves the right to disqualify such a player from the promotion and/or cancel the winnings obtained. Only fully completed winning and losing bets are counted toward wagering the bonus.
18. It is prohibited to have more than one account. Creating more than one account at WinCraft with the intention of receiving bonuses will be considered bonus abuse and may result in loss of funds.
19. According to game provider rules, bonus rounds and free spins do not participate in jackpot draws. Jackpots are available only for real money bets.
20. Minimum-risk bets in any game (i.e., bets placed proportionally across multiple different outcomes in a single round to create 'action' with minimal risk) are not counted as bets. An example is simultaneously betting on red and black in roulette, or on the player and banker simultaneously in baccarat.
21. In high-variance games, a player places the maximum permitted bets to increase the balance.
22. If a player is suspected of abusing a promotion offering free spins or no-deposit bonuses, or if a player who made a deposit to receive free spins has not placed bets totalling at least three times the deposit amount (excluding table game bets), the administration reserves the right to cancel any free spin bonuses and all winnings obtained through their use. The administration also has the right to prohibit further activation of no-deposit bonuses.
23. If a group of players is found to be using identical gaming strategies and is associated with the same payment system type and IP geolocation, WinCraft reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and/or deposits.
24. If you win an amount during play at WinCraft Casino that the casino management considers worthy of publication, you agree to participate in any such event organized by WinCraft Casino. For promotional purposes, we reserve the right to use only your first name and the first letter of your last name.
25. Please note that when receiving a deposit bonus, both the deposit and the bonus are locked in accordance with the wagering requirements. You must either cancel the bonus or wager it. Upon cancellation, both the bonus amount and any winnings are deducted from the balance.
26. In the event of any disputes, the decision of WinCraft Casino is final.
27. Bonus funds must not be used solely to wager the bonus and then complete the already-started wagering with cash bets once the bonus funds become available or are cancelled. WinCraft reserves the right to confiscate winnings obtained in this way.
28. The strategy of postponing rounds (exiting a slot after a bonus game ends and completing it later after re-entering) is prohibited. In such cases, any winnings may be cancelled. A bonus may be cancelled within five minutes.
29. If you use a promo code when making a deposit for a promotion that is not available for your account, you will not be able to receive that bonus.
30. If the selected deposit bonus is not activated, the player should contact support before starting to play. If the player has already spent some or all of the funds, the bonus cannot be added manually.
31. The casino reserves the right to cancel, modify, or supplement the terms of all bonuses at any time and without prior notice.
32. Please note that the bet level in slots with an active bonus may differ from the bet level in regular play without an active bonus, as different game providers may have separate bet configurations for each.
Player Privilege Restrictions
1. The casino reserves the right to restrict access to privileges for certain categories of players depending on their gaming activity and history of interaction with the platform.
